To ensure a smooth flow of work in my studio, I ask that you please keep your appointments on time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show, I will unfortunately have to charge you for the appointment, as I cannot reassign the reserved time.
